Pro-Am Team Sports , sporting goods retailer serving the Chicago area, northern Illinois and northwest Indiana, provides schools, sport leagues and organizations with name-brand team uniforms, customize apparel and equipment.
Our marketing communications strategy began with:
- conducting marketing research that included identifying their unique selling position, interviewing sales people and customers, analyzing competitors and recommending strategies and direction.
As a result of our findings, we focused on:
- rebranding Pro-Am Team Sports
- creating a strong online presence; accomplished by:
- refreshing the current logo
- building a new web site
- creating a lead generation campaign including a Google AdWords program and trade show participation.
